The higher you lead, the more everyone agrees with you, at least to your face.
Over time, your organization quietly adjusts around you. The Leadership Circle Profile is a 360 that lets you hear what people already know about your leadership, followed by a debrief with someone who can help you decide what to do about it.
Leadership Circle Profile® 360
Most 360s end up in a drawer
Leaders usually care about the feedback. What's missing is the conversation that turns a thick report into something you can act on, so it gets read once and filed.
The Leadership Circle Profile goes further than most 360s. It shows the patterns behind what you do, including how you react under pressure and what colleagues notice but rarely say out loud. It also shows strengths you could be using more.
You were promoted from within and now lead former peers.
The authority you have now doesn't work the way your relationships used to.
You operate in a matrix.
You're accountable for results you don't fully control, and getting alignment feels like a negotiation that never ends.
Your team is going through a restructure.
You're expected to keep people steady while carrying your own share of the uncertainty.

What you leave with
Clarity
Something you've sensed for a while finally has a name, in words you can work with.
Perspective
A clear picture of how your leadership lands with your team and your peers, including the strengths already working for you.
Two or three shifts that would make the biggest difference to how you lead. A short list you'll actually work on.

Why work with me
I hold a doctorate in Health and Performance Psychology and started out as a sport psychologist. Since then I've worked as a senior OD consultant in large public and private organizations in Europe and Canada, both inside organizations and as an independent advisor. My approach comes from positive psychology, so we start with your strengths before looking at what gets in the way. I'm a certified Leadership Circle Profile and Collective Leadership Assessment practitioner, and I work in English and French.

" I came in expecting a performance review. I left with two blind spots finally named — and a real sense of where to focus my energy."

STEPS
A word on teams
Sometimes one leader's growth stalls because the team around them hasn't changed.
The Collective Leadership Assessment applies the same 360 lens to a whole leadership team. If that sounds like your situation, it's worth a conversation.
