I am a father of two wonderful children, recently  immigrating to Canada with my wife, and a dedicated basketball enthusiast. Have a deep passion for tech, home remodeling and handmade art. My background blends a love for people with a drive for positive impact.

I am a certified ACC professional coach, organizational development and positive psychology practitioner. My professional journey began as a lecturer and the owner of an innovative consulting firm specializing in sport psychology. Over time, I transitioned into the rapidly growing fields of workplace well-being, mental health, change management, and leadership consulting, where I thrived in various roles such as senior consultant, manager, and director. My focus has always been on the human element. After a decade, I decided to embark on a new entrepreneurial venture to focus on my appetite for coaching. I am now thrilled to provide services in both French and English here in Canada.

I hold a steadfastly positive perspective, firmly convinced that the pillars of future successful and flourishing organizations lie in psychological safety, trust, and healthy leadership practices.
